Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bounceville Melbourne LLC

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Last Updated:  May 1, 2026

At Bounceville, we want every guest to have an amazing time — and we want our policies to be clear, fair, and easy to understand. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what to expect if you need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund. Please read this policy carefully before booking.

By booking a party, purchasing a pass or membership, or making any payment to Bounceville Melbourne LLC ("Bounceville," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the terms below.

1. Birthday Party Bookings

Deposits

  • All party bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking

  • The deposit secures your party date, time, and private party room

  • The remaining 50% balance is due on or before the day of your party

  • Add-ons (extra pizza, additional children, ice cream, etc.) are billed separately and must be paid in full at the time they are added to your booking

Cancellations

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes, without limitation, cancellations due to illness, weather, family emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans

  • If you cancel your party at any point, the deposit is forfeited in full

  • If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled party, the remaining balance may also be charged at our discretion to cover food, staffing, and inventory we've already committed to your booking

Date Changes (Rescheduling)

  • We will do our best to accommodate date changes when requested at least 14 days before your scheduled party, subject to availability

  • Date changes within 14 days of your party are not guaranteed and may be denied at our discretion

  • If we are able to accommodate a late date change, we may apply an administrative fee to cover lost availability and rebooking costs

  • Date changes are typically limited to one rescheduling per booking. Additional rescheduling requests may be denied or require a new deposit

  • Date changes are not refunds — your original deposit and any payments transfer to the new date

No-Shows

  • Failure to arrive for your scheduled party is treated as a cancellation

  • The 50% deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance may still be charged

  • We do our best to contact no-show parties to confirm intent before processing the remaining balance

Cancellations or Changes by Bounceville

  • If Bounceville must cancel or significantly change your party due to circumstances within our control (such as facility issues, equipment failure, or staffing problems), we will offer you the choice of:

    • A full refund of all amounts paid, or

    • Rescheduling to a new date at no additional cost

  • This is the only circumstance under which deposits are refunded

Force Majeure

  • Bounceville is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including hurricanes, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemics, government orders, power outages, or facility evacuations

  • In these situations, we will work in good faith to reschedule your party or provide credit toward a future visit

  • Cash refunds for force majeure cancellations are at Bounceville's discretion and not guaranteed

2. Open Play Admissions and Day Passes

  • Open play admissions are non-refundable once activated or used

  • If you arrive at the facility and choose not to participate before activating your wristband or check-in, a refund may be issued at our discretion

  • Unused single-day admissions purchased online may be honored on a future date at our discretion if requested within 30 days of purchase

3. Memberships

  • All membership payments are non-refundable

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, and you will retain access through the end of the current paid period

  • No prorated or partial refunds are issued for canceled memberships

  • Memberships are not transferable and may not be shared, gifted, or resold without our written approval

  • We reserve the right to terminate a membership for violation of our policies, with no refund

4. Add-Ons and Custom Items

  • Custom add-ons that have been prepared, ordered, or provided (such as food, ice cream, custom shirts, or goody bags) are non-refundable

  • Add-ons added during your post-booking confirmation call are subject to the same deposit and balance policies as your party

5. Merchandise

  • Unused, unworn merchandise (grip socks, shirts, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund

  • Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

  • Defective merchandise can be exchanged or refunded at any reasonable time after purchase

6. Gift Cards and Promotional Credits

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law

  • Promotional credits, free passes, and discount codes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value

  • Gift cards do not expire unless required by law

7. Payment Processing and Surcharges

  • A surcharge may apply to credit card transactions; a smaller fee may apply to debit card transactions. These fees are disclosed at the time of payment

  • Surcharges and processing fees are non-refundable even when the underlying purchase is refunded, as these fees are charged by the payment processor and are not retained by Bounceville

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible

8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To cancel a booking, request a date change, or request a refund where eligible:

  1. Email us at Bounce@BouncevilleMelbourne.com with your booking confirmation number, party date, and the reason for your request, OR

  2. Call us at (321) 327-4335 during business hours

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

When refunds are issued, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

9. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, please contact us directly so we can resolve any issue.

Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback — including for charges you knowingly authorized under this policy — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. In the event of a chargeback, Bounceville will provide all relevant documentation (signed waiver, booking confirmation, agreement to this policy, and communication records) to the card issuer to dispute it.

Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future bookings and may be liable for collection costs and legal fees.

10. Why We Have This Policy

We understand a no-refund deposit policy may feel strict, but here's why it's necessary:

  • When you book a party, we block off your time slot and turn away other families who wanted that date

  • We commit to staffing your party with a dedicated host

  • For parties booked within a week, we've already ordered food and prepped supplies specifically for your booking

  • Last-minute cancellations and no-shows cause real losses we can't recover

Our 50% deposit policy is the industry standard for private event venues and ensures we can keep our pricing fair, our staff well-paid, and our facility properly maintained for everyone. Thank you for understanding.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time of your booking is the policy that applies to your booking.
